If you don't already have plans to hire a coordinator, it's easily the farthest a dollar can go to reduce stress on a day that months and years of planning and money already go into. It’s no understatement to say that our 10/19/25 wedding couldn’t have happened without Erin! She was essential in keeping us on track with getting prepared as our planner and made the whole process so much easier and less stressful! Both my husband and I were constantly out of town for business trips in the year leading up to our wedding and we found ourselves falling further and further behind; until we looped Erin in and she added what we could get done out of town vs in-town in her prioritization of our tasks and got us caught right up! As our day-of coordinator, Erin kept all of our moving pieces and people tightly organized and on-time like she’s been doing this her whole life - even when rain and an unexpected competition for parking at our hotel threatened to derail the arrival of family and groomsmen for getting ready. All of this confident direction and organization continued through arrival to the venue, first look, family photos, and through the reception, where she took charge of our cleanup effort and had things done in no time! Erin stepped up in every way possible and was such an utter delight to have with us on our best day.
